A Note From Jeff

There are no words for the outpouring of love and kindness you have shown us. Just as there were no words to express your sorrow over our loss of Alex. But the simple thought and the constant notes have been like little rocks to step on to get across a very vast ocean of tears that we know even time will not dry .I just wanted to say thank you in so many ways for words that soothed, hugs that helped, food we ate, stories to remember, hands to hold, tears of loss, calls we saved, prayers for peace, texts we read, emails still waiting, that were so unbelievably numerous from all over the world!!The days have not gotten easier but we will keep walking through the shadows with less fear knowing an angel protects us and waits for us and defines our journey.- Jeffrey Steele
